Free Government Grants: Mining Inner City Gold

So then who`s money is it that they`re using to get their fortunes rising again? Well you can bet that it wasn`t money from a secret party investor because no one in their right mind would hand someone money to invest, who had only lost all of his. The fact is that in many cases it was "your money" that they used, in the figure of taxpayer financed free government home, and business grants.

They use the grants to get the homes and property then go around, and use them for collateral at banks to carry out huge loans. Loans that sometimes measure up into millions of dollars. Even so, before you begin screaming and run for the call to visit your congressman, remember this. That is that you can do just wish they do but you take to live the process, and be willing to take the stairs to get your men on that easy grant cash.
How many times give you driven by a closed up business, commercial office building, or mini-mall in your city and thinking to yourself, "what a waste". Who owns that building and why don`t they do what needs to be done to it and opened it up so people in the country can have jobs to go to? So the individual who owns it too can earn money of course, as their employer.
Would you think that in many cases "no one" really owns it, or the individual that does wants to get rid of it, but can`t get a buyer willing to get on the project. Maybe there are back taxes owed on it as well. Now would you consider that if you knew the proper procedures to take, the administration will in many instances "grant" you the money to get that figure up, and going.
It gets even better than that because once you recognize how this government redevelopment slush fund works you can still get them to pay to go up your businesses in the construction that they essentially gave you. But it goes still further because there are grants that you can get now to even address the reward of your employees in your new businesses.
So now you live where the expression "the rich get richer while the poor get poorer" came from. Rich inner city real estate developers don`t lead off in the aurora to go bout their butts working for somebody else. They learn how to get their men on "soft money" and so use what they love to mine inner city gold.
