Change Is Comin'.

Starting with the list of the site.....


You see I am starting my own consulting firm.My spirit for age has been for training, development and propagation of harvest workers with the hurting kids of the city. In the final two years especially during my time at UYWI, the Lord has shown me the great want of workers in the arena to take to be best furnished with their work.

used to consider that it was only those of us who are entrenched in the city. Now I have seen with my own eyes that the metropolis is forthcoming to everyone.City people are getting pushed to the suburbs and even rural areas.The once traditional problems of the city are now creeping out into everywhere. We can no longer say that violence, drugs, teen pregnancy and even gangs have a boundary.


When the economy crashed and there was downsizing at UYWI, Jesus used it. He pushed me off of the cliff I had been pensive for awhile.


I have exhausted the end month working on the plan. It is about ready to prove the world.The Lord said, "Leneita will you?" I am taking the scary step of saying, "Absolutely."


Thus. Blue Sky/Green Sky Consulting is born. Crystal my niece designed my logo.I am changing the figure of this place to ponder the new focus. Don't worry, I will even write everyday. It will simply have more focus.More training, more thoughts and some free resources as well.




What does Blue Sky/ Green Sky mean?

"Imagine growing up in a universe where everyone tells your that the sky is green.Everyone.All the time.


You know in this world, but you look like something is wrong. The just time you see that the sky is common is when a force is approaching.All that you know live forever in a province of panic.


One day someone comes and shows up in your world. Pulling you away they point you the truth. Most of the sentence the sky is blue.It has fluffy white clouds. It can be grey, black, purple, pink and orange, almost every day. However,the storm clouds that lend the green sky only occur once in a lifetime.


You believe_. You knew it!


Here`s the slick part_


You still must be in this world where everyone believes the sky to be green.Everyday green. They stick to this sky and hot as survivors.


How do you say them the truth? You can see the downcast souls.They acknowledge no other way.


There are those among us who have lived in this world.No one wants to just survive.They need to thrive.


How do we serve the green sky people when they learn about Christ (the true sky)to get the truth into their own world?


In America this green sky world might be our urban communities.It could be a house where everyone locks their wounded behind closed doors


In the end when any of us learnof the spirit that Christ offers we need to be transformed.Sometimes we don`t recognize how to pass that out.Those of us who serve, work and dwell among those thatare moving from the lie to the truth,often ask to acknowledge how tounderstand the culture.In some caseswe need to experience HOW to pursue and learn and movethe green sky people into the dark sky world. For others of us, we must add the dark sky truth into the green sky world.
