The track list for `Dreaming` gives the auditor a mass of medicine with ingenuity, passion and human experience. "Since Our Last Goodbye" is a cool, calm yet riveting instrumental that sways and stirs feelings of merriment. While the track titled, "In You (I Found Love)" plays out like a man who has found a woman worth inner change on a man`s part, who is later broken-hearted by that same woman.
The title track, "No Time For Dreaming" is attended with background singers and a good bass line that is compelling and bold. Bradley seems to sing lyrics in the title track based upon the program he stands on as he delves into a solo music career:
"No clock for dreaming_ got to get onup and do my thang."
"No clock for dreaming_ got to get onup and do my thang."
Bradley also offers an anthem of trust and recognition in that title track with the occasional channeling of James Brown for the stirring hollers and yells that break the song true depth.
Bradley leaves the synthesizers, the musical mixing and other computerized technology that other musicians rely on to bring albums to completion. Bradley brings a game and earthy release, crafted with rich and live vocals, engaging piano hooks and brash yet sweet horns.
Just wish that winter stew, each spoonful would go a different taste of hearty goodness. Bradley brings a departure that would touch a delicious stew; across the realms of R &B, blues, funk and soul, Bradley is offering musical landscapes discussing the ills of the world, politics, relationships and former circumstances, deliciously stirred together to work for warm, hearty and raw music that has been long-simmeredand full of taste. Just wish that stew, take Bradley`s No Time For Dreaming, stir and enjoy!
